Description
We are seeking a Media Buyer to manage paid ad campaigns across Google and social media platforms, driving results and optimizing for performance. This role requires an individual with hands-on experience in media buying, campaign strategy, and platform setup. Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for international markets, including the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for performance, optimizing bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Develop detailed audience personas and create targeted ad campaigns to reach the most relevant users based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and more.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ads and ensure that messaging aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spending while achieving maximum impact and results.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance regularly to provide actionable insights and detailed reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to identify the most effective strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, new features on advertising platforms, and industry best practices to continuously innovate and improve media buying strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Set up and configure campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms, ensuring all necessary tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are properly implemented.
  • Implement conversion tracking, goals, and events in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and meeting booking in international markets, specifically targeting global audiences and creating a pipeline of high-quality leads. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, or CRM systems will be a plus.
  • Configure advanced reporting and dashboards using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other reporting tools to deliver insights to clients and internal teams.

Core Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in media buying and paid advertising, with a track record of success in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience managing campaigns in the USA and Europe is required. Middle East experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and meeting booking within international markets, especially in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Experience in utilizing CRM tools, cold outreach, and lead nurturing strategies is a strong asset.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in using ad management platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media advertising tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up, configure, and manage campaigns in ad platforms as well as integrating tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Ability to develop creative ad campaigns while strategically aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other similar tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with advanced features such as custom audiences, remarketing, dynamic ads, and conversion tracking across multiple platforms.

Essential Requirement:

  • Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule. The night shifts will be scheduled on a rotating basis. 
  • Must be open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package.
  • The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.
