About the Project

Boon, the leading referral platform in the USA, connects job seekers, referrers, and recruiters. It incentivizes referrals, enhancing job matching and reach.

Boon approached us to revamp their web app to improve the user experience for all three user groups.

For the Boon project we provided Illustrations, gamification, developed design system

Problems

Boon faced several challenges such as referrers lacked tracking tools, hindering engagement; leadership boards lacked motivation.

It struggled with handling diverse job posts; and navigation and personalized dashboards needed improvement.

Our Solutions

We focused on comprehensive enhancements across key areas:

Implemented referral tracking.
Introduced leadership and collection boards
Supported department-wide and individual job posts.
Revamped navigation for ease of use.
Created personalized dashboards for relevant information and actions.

We developed a comprehensive style guide for Boon, emphasizing a vibrant and engaging visual approach. Green was selected as the primary color due to its strong associations with growth, success, and reliability.

We integrated animations and interactions to ensure smooth user flow and seamless transitions, enhancing the overall user experience with fluid and engaging interactions for a refined and intuitive interface.
